The Process

What’s the process at NOAh like?

Step 1 – The First Meeting

This is where you talk and we listen. Of course, we do share our views, ideas and suggestions, but mainly this is where you tell us what you want and what’s in your mind.

Step 2 – Planning, Discussion and Approval

Based on the first meeting, we plan the overall layout of the event – the activities, their sequence, time duration for each, and so on. You get to see the complete overview of the event, which is then discussed and approved mutually.

Step 3 – Venue Selection

The venue is finalized after the recce of list of venues suggested and shortlisted by you and us.

Step 4 – Conceptualization

Once we have the venue, we develop a concept for the event and share it with you, which is then discussed and finalized.

Step 5 – 3D Designing and Approval

Next, we develop the 3D design of the event based on the concept we mutually agreed upon. You will get to see in 3D how the venue and the setup will look, which can be revised if required, and approved.

Step 6 – Production

Once the 3D designs are approved, the production begins. This is the stage where everything is arranged and kept ready to be used on the D-day.
